To reorder Option Group, follow these steps:

Click on to the three bars located on top corner, then go on to menu management which you can tap on one of the menus, then you could tap on the two crossed arrows.
You can change the position of the option group you want to move within the list by holding it for about 1-2 seconds.

To reorder Option, follow these steps:

Click on Arrow button located in the right of the Option Groups.
You can change the position of the option group you want to move within the list by holding it for about 1-2 seconds.

Here is a example:
