# Serving Dashboard

## What is Serving Dashboard?

The serving dashboard is a dashboard used to manage orders that are ready for serving, including orders that require immediate serving without cooking.

1. Docket : The serving dashboard allows you to review table information, order elapsed time, order details, and any special customer instructions provided in the comments section.

Table Number : T3 (Numbers starting with 'T' indicate that an order has been placed at the table.), 1000(For dockets with numbers in the 1000s, they are not table orders; instead, they are used for TakeAway orders.)

Order Time : order elapsed

Comment : The text filled in red below the order menu indicates that it is displayed when customers add additional comments while placing their order.

2. **Sequential order** <br>

   1. Viewing orders that require serving in sequential order regardless of table numbers.
   2. Click on **the Number icon** located in **the bottom right corner** of the screen to view.

3. Setting criteria for how to view dockets.\
   Click on **the Circle icon** located in **the top right corner** of the screen.
   1. **By Table** : Regardless of the time they were ordered, the items ordered from the same table are displayed on a single docket. For instance, if a customer at Table 1 orders a Croissant and then, 10 minutes later, orders a Ham & Cheese Sandwich, both of these orders will appear on the same docket.
   2. **By Order** : Even if orders are placed from the same table multiple times, multiple dockets are created for each order. For example, if a customer at Table 1 orders a Croissant and then, 10 minutes later, orders a Ham & Cheese Sandwich, these two orders will appear on separate dockets.
   3. **By Time** : Orders placed within 3 minutes are displayed on the same docket, but after that, it depends on whether it's categorized as "By Table" or "By Order." For instance, if a customer at Table 1 orders a Croissant and then adds a Ham & Cheese Sandwich within 3 minutes, both orders will appear on the same docket. However, if an additional order is made after 3 minutes, it will be displayed on a separate docket, determined by the "By Table" or "By Order" setting.
4. Grouping menus of the same type for easier viewing.
   1. Click on **the menu name button** located in **the bottom** of the screen to view.

5. RollBack
   1. If you accidentally press the menu to make "Serve Complete," you can revert the action.
   2. Click on **the Clock icon** located in **the bottom right corner** of the screen to view.
   3. Clicking on a menu item with a strikethrough allows for a rollback.
6. Sound
   1. It is the control for the sound that plays when orders are completed in the kitchen or when immediate serving is required.
