What is Store Management?

Store Management is an basic setting where you will display your store's information for the use.

To access and provide information:

  1. Access the Store Management page by navigating to the three bars located at the top corner > Store Management.

  2. Enter the store details in the following sections:

  3. Store Image: Insert a image of your store's logo

  4. Store Name: Enter the name of your store. (This information will appear on the customer receipt.)

  5. Proprietor(s): The proprietor refers to the owner(s) of the business. Enter the name(s) of the store's owner in this section.

  6. Business Registration Number: Please enter the business registration number. (This information will appear on the customer receipt.)

  7. Phone Number: Provide the main phone number of the store, which customers can use to contact you. (This information will appear on the customer receipt.)

  8. Store Address: Enter the actual address of your store's location such as, Postal Code, Street address, City/Suburb name and the State. (This information will appear on the customer receipt.)

  9. Advanced Features - Phone Number Order: Your customers can place orders with just the URL, regardless of location. This URL can be shared through online media for advertising purpose.

  10. Customer User Interface - Display Order Status: Using a QR code, customers can directly place orders, and the system can provide real-time updates on the status of their orders. For example: Order : Cooking : Serving : Serving Completed:

  11. Use Tax Invoice : When wanting to use the customer receipt for invoicing purposes, the option includes customer name, store employee name, and optionally, card information.

  12. Policy : The policy displayed on the customer receipt.

By filling out these sections with accurate and up-to-date information, you can effectively manage and showcase your store's details, helping customers find and connect with your business easily.
